Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi on Thursday said the pay committee constituted by the government employees to look into the anomalies related to sixth pay commission reccomendations, would submit its report in the next three months.
Replying to a question of CPM’s Ramdeo Verma in the state Assembly, Modi said on the pattern of the implementation of the fifth Pay Commission, the government has decided to implement the sixth Pay Commission recommendations from January 1, 2006. But the actual payment of salaries and allowances would be made from January 1, 2007, he added.
